1. Our 5-Year Workmanship Guarantee

Sheds Delivered provides a 5-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty to the original purchaser. We guarantee that your building will be free from defects in assembly and structural framing under standard use. If an issue arises due to our construction process within the first five years, we will repair it at no cost to you.

2. Structural Material Warranties

• LP SmartSide® Siding & Trim: 50-Year limited manufacturer warranty on the substrate.
• LP ProStruct® Flooring: 10-Year manufacturer warranty.
• 4x4 Pressure-Treated Skids: Limited lifetime warranty against fungal decay and termite damage on all ground-contact lumber.
• Metal Roofing: 40-Year manufacturer warranty against paint failure and corrosion.

3. Premium Exterior Finishes

We use high-performance exterior coatings designed to look great for decades. These finishes are backed by significant manufacturer warranties for the original property owner:

• Haley Paint 153 Urethane Finish (15-Year Limited): This finish is warranted to the original property owner for fifteen years from the date of purchase. It is guaranteed not to peel, blister, or discolor due to chalking or excessive fade. Haley Paint warrants against excessive fade for the first five years by providing material to recoat affected areas. To extend the finish warranty from six (6) years to the full fifteen (15) years, a refresher coat of 153 must be reapplied by the customer.

• Haley Acrylic Coatings (10/25 No-Fade Limited): This coating carries a twenty-five year limited warranty against peeling, flaking, or chipping due to loss of adhesion. Additionally, it includes a ten-year "No-Fade" warranty where the finish will not experience excess fading.

• Sherwin-Williams A-100® Exterior Acrylic (15-Year Limited): This finish is warranted to the original residential purchaser for fifteen years against peeling or blistering when applied according to instructions to a properly prepared exterior surface.

Finish Maintenance & Exclusions

To maintain the integrity of these exterior finish warranties, please note the following industry-standard exclusions:

• Excluded Causes of Damage: Warranties do not cover damage caused by air pollution, mildew, exposure to harmful chemicals, or salt exposure.
• Natural Disasters: Defects caused by "Acts of God," including tornadoes, hail, lightning, and floods, are not covered.
• Labor Costs: Manufacturer warranties for exterior finishes are strictly limited to providing replacement coating materials. They do not include the cost of labor for application or removal.
• Transferability: All exterior finish warranties are nontransferable and apply only to the original property owner.

4. Standard Use & Limitations

Our buildings are engineered and warranted for standard residential storage and light-duty hobby use. To ensure the longevity of your structure and maintain your warranty coverage, the following limitations apply:

• Excessive Use: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from commercial or industrial operations, high-volume manufacturing, or the use of heavy vibrating machinery.
• Foundation Requirements: The building must be placed on a level, stable foundation (such as a gravel pad or concrete slab). Setting buildings on raised blocks is not recommended and will void the structural workmanship warranty.
• Climate Control: Damage caused by the installation of HVAC systems without professional-grade vapor barriers and proper ventilation (leading to condensation or internal rot) is not covered.
• Modifications: Any unauthorized structural modifications, self-repairs, or alterations made to the building after delivery will void this warranty.

5. Warranty Claims & Service

If you believe your building has a defect covered under this warranty, please follow our standard reporting procedure:

1. Do not attempt a self-repair, as this may void your coverage.
2. Email info@shedsdelivered.devbuildpro.com with your building's serial number.
3. Include a clear description of the issue along with photographs of the affected area.

Service Terms: Sheds Delivered will review your claim to determine if it is a covered manufacturing defect. If the claim is validated, we reserve the right to resolve the issue in the most cost-effective manner, which may include providing a quote for the repair, sending a Sheds Delivered technician, or authorizing a local qualified contractor to perform the work. A Service Trip Fee may apply for any on-site visits by our staff based on the distance from our nearest facility. For issues found to be outside the scope of this warranty, we may provide a quote for the necessary repairs at our discretion.
